Gabriella Broady is the XXXX as well as the founder and CEO of Yellow Giraffe Learning Partners. Along with her exuberant and creative personality, she brings over 15 years’ experience in navigating diverse corporate cultures and implementing global learning and development programs.  

 

Her expertise in strategic facilitation, learning strategy design, talent acquisition and development, and blended learning solutions makes her a sought after learning and development consultant and advisor to many organizations, including medical devices, manufacturing, health care and pharmaceuticals, banking and non-profits.

 

Gabriella's known for her high energy, a thorough approach to projects and a strategic eye on results. A consummate professional, Gabriella's creative solutions to tough client challenges led to the dynamic growth of her company for over 7 years.

 

She recently accepted a position with XXXX as the Director of XXXX.

Gabriella holds a Master of Education in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota, and served her local American Society for Training & Development (now ATD) chapter as President and Director of Membership (2009-2013).

In her "spare" time, Gabriella is a voracious reader and plays coed volleyball. She enjoys travelling, cheering for her sons' sports and academic teams, and long walks with her husband and two dogs
